We are getting a swing for my son Creed.
For those who don't know, my son is autistic.
A swing can help in many ways. Stimulation, sensory, texture, and more.
These can help regulate and create a peaceful, calm space.
I can't wait until it comes.
Some people are just blah. We went to a family gathering today. Pies, food, water slid, and the works. There's always someone that has to ruin it. We had to leave early because he thinks he runs everything. If there weren't so many people there I would've said something. Nonetheless, I am proud of myself for holding my tongue. I have learned that my kids are watching. Sometimes it's better to leave instead of act.
